Hi All,

I have attempted to recover an old HOTMAIL account but my ex partner has since changed my password AND secret questions, so I am unable to recover it using the formal method on the Hotmail website (every time I try it keeps saying that I haven't provided enough information to be able to have it recovered)

I tried to phone up but was just told to reply to the automatic email that advises that my attempt at recovery was unsuccessful - although I just tried and the email address its from, isn't monitored.

I am willing to send a copy of government issues i.d to Microsoft to prove that this account is in fact mine, but cant find a suitable email to do so.

Is there any way that I can recover it without having to send away a photo of my government issues i.d? Or anyway I can recover it myself now?

I am needing to access it as I have old photos on there I require for an upcoming event ..... HELP !
