Hi, I am trying to reset my password to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as my account has recently been compromised.  I had filled out the forum and the Microsoft account team had verified it was me and sent a link to resetting my password.  However, once I clicked on the link I got errcode=1086.  It said to try back so after over a week of trying it still doesn't work.  I had submitted another forum and it sent me another link to reset but I get the same errcode=1086.  I need to get back into my account for my contacts list and also my folders.
