the thread i wrote in previously was locked because i was told i had a private message, and then i replied to that, and now i cant open it, and i have to start all over... i had previously written because all the messages in my inbox vanished.  i then wrote asking why this happened, because if my account had been hacked, then i should not be using it anymore, or at least i should do something... no response.  but now im pretty sure it has been.  my laptop is slow to open hotmail, it doesn't open easily at all, and now my profile picture has been removed, which i didnt do.  what do i do?
