I cannot access my hotmail account. On the 7th of July 2013 I received an email telling me the account linking facility was going to be stopped. I used this every time to access my account (via another account). I do not know my password for the blocked (formerly linked) account. I have submitted a recovery form up to 4 times and have not been successful. I have tried using a live chat but the member of staff could only point me to this forum. The information requested in the e-mail for the form is not what the actual form requires. It is not clear on the form what the minimum information requirements are to regain access. I am unable to answer some of the questions (e.g. folder names as I have not created any, sent e-mail subject lines as I cannot remember specifics). The blocked account is essential for my employment and I urgently need this to be resolved. I would be grateful for any assistance.
