Dear Microsoft,

No offence but there's no clear option to be able to choose the account language and to be consistent across all platforms and applications.

HOW CAN I CHANGE TO ENGLISH AND HAVE IT SET FOR GOOD WITHOUT CHANGING BY IT SELF BASED ON THE OTHER REGIONAL SETTINGS???????????????????

BELIEVE ME, IT IS RELY ANNOYING!!!!!
