i seem to have a problem with my other email address which is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it is locked out, as my recovery email is my mums old email address which we don’t use now and also I then tried to change it to my phone number which I did then was waiting for it to be updated but then I lost my phone so now i have a new number? I really need to access my emails and its causing so many problems please will you be able to re set my account or something so i can gain access again? Then ill be able to change my security question to my new phone number.
