I have a very old email account that is linked with a number of games, I went to log onto my account today and found that it was currently in use else where, and was told to fill out an application form to access my account. I believed I may have been hacked.

Due to the email account being so old (8-9 years) I have forgotten my security question, and haven't sent any emails on the account for a long time. I've filled in the application twice but still can't get access. 

I'm desperate to get access to the account as it has some very important details on there! 

What can I do?

I can't remember my security question answer, and when I fill in the form I can't provide enough information!

I can give you the previous passwords that I had on the account, and I can also provide information of the types of emails that has been sent to me. I can also tell you roughly how many emails I have in the inbox!

Please help me, I'm desperate to access my account. 

Also don't you dare post that i need to follow your stupid 12 steps to access the account by filling in a stupid form, i've already done that, so many times that i'm not allowed to send anymore!!!!
