hello i am writing just to ask i have been locked out of my microsoft account and whilst trying to sign in it tells me someone else is using your account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) so i tried getting a code to my wifes email address but it doesnt seem to be working i have currently set up a new hotmail account as i am in the military and need it to recieve important e-mails and need to get onto my old account as there are improtant things i need to get back off there. i have tried to reset the password but nothing came of it and still said someone else is using ur hotmail account. could you please help me .
