I added a domain adlcapital.com and configured the accounts and everything seems working fine

I am having a problem where one e-mail account i cannot access (yahya) The status says Inbox is not active. When i tried to login it says "The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again."

How do i sort this out

Looking for a quick solutions as i am getting many mails to that account
