Hey guys,
apparently my account has been hacked, they changed the password and the backup email. Luckily I was able to verify my identity and insert a new back up email. BUT not only will the new back up adress after one month (which is far then enough time to do horrible stuff with my information), but the other guy had the same idea to insert another adress as well, so that in a month, both emails are going to work, one of them which is not mine which does not bring me any further/ makes the situation worse as they will keep having access to my data.
Anyone else had the chance to meet such a smartass and knows what to do ? I searched literally everywhere to find a way to contact support staff regarding these circumstances, as someone official seems to be the only one who can help me out of this mess, but i keep getting sent here. so i figured i'd give it a try. 
Does anyone have a solution or knows how to contact the support, if there is one ...? PLEASE, i need help real quick.
