I want to be able to go back onto my blocked account as there are some very important files that I need to restore, as well as other personal issues that I need to sort out. My alternate email address for the blocked account doesn't exist anymore, and I have a different mobile number now to when I use the account. Whenever I try filling out the questionnaire with my details, it says I haven't provided enough information but that's all I can provide.

Any help?
