My account was hacked and Microsoft blocked my account.  It has since been opened so I can retrieve old emails, contacts, etc., but I need to know how return it to a fully functioning account (to be able to send and receive current emails.)  I have changed my password many times, cleaned my computer of all garbage, and reset my wireless router with different codes.  Has anyone had that problem and can help me?  I'm desperate!!!
