I set up an additional @live.com email address for a company I work for.

When I went to log in the other day, I have found that the password has been changed, and when I tried to reset it, the new password was going to be sent to an email I don't recognise - en*****@countryday.net (which appears to originate from a school in Cincinnati?!).

I have tried using the account recovery form, but my request was declined - presumably other details were changed too.

It doesn't seem to be possible to speak to an actual person about this...?!

If anyone can help I'd be very grateful.
