I run training courses for young unemployed people with a view to teaching them how to browse the internet and to be able to apply for jobs online.  Part of this is creating their own email account in hotmail or gmail.  However the issue I have is that many of these people do not have their own mobiles or home phone numbers so when signing up for a new account we are having to use our own mobile/office numbers instead  - after a while these numbers can no longer be accepted and then we cannot setup an account.

Is there a way around this? - Does anyone know?
