You blocked my hotmail account. ko**********@hotmail.com. It came up that a link would be sent to my alternative email ko***********googlemail.com.You already knew (how?) that this account also belonged to me. No reset code was sent. Done again and again and again. Each time was confirmed 'a reset link has been sent' Why are you lying? Then filled in the stupid form,numerous times, to be told not enough info to prove it's mine. If you are sending me emails to my alternative google account and you know it is linked to the hotmail account,then you also know that I own the hotmail account. I have around 16 emails from you saying nothing - follow this link etc etc . No one is answering anything. Do NOT  send me another automated message telling me to follow this link to unblock my account - get someone with some brains to answer.
