I haven't changed my password for ages, but when signing in two days ago, my password wouldn't work. I tried to reset it using my security question, but apparently I had entered an incorrect answer too many times...? I couldn't use the option for send
code to phone, or call phone, as I am now living abroad and that is my English phone number, which I no longer have access too.
So I filled out the form, but then received an email back saying that I didn't provide enough information, but I did. I filled out every box apart from the bottom one about the billing information, as I don't have that. I have filled out the form two
more times, but to no avail, I've received no answer.
It is really important that I get back in to my emails and this is causing me a lot of trouble.
