My hotmail account was blocked yesterday. It said someone else was trying to access account so I filled out the verification form best I could. I set up this account a long time ago and don't use it on a daily basis so could not remember all the info required. It is an important account as I use this for applying for jobs etc. Can you please help me unblock it? I have signed up to a new account but really want my old one back. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks
