My e-mail account has been blocked but the email address used to verify my account i no longer have access to. I have submitted a form for account recovery several times but i have been told i have not supplied enough information. I have had the account for over 5 years and cannot remember my security answer and i don't use xbox live nor do i use subject boxes so a lot of boxes on the form are left blank. It is important i get this account back all my important contacts are on there.
