My Hotmail account has been "deactivated" and I am getting the error message that my Microsoft account does not exist.

My ex-boyfriend has an xbox live account and (years ago) my current email address was used to create his account,. Just yesterday, he changed his xbox account information: he deleted the  primary alias (my current email address), and created a new gmail address of his own.

Because of this change in "primary alias" and "removal" of MY current email, my email Microsoft email account no longer exists. How or can I get my email address reactivated???

I've created a new email address and tried to add an alias-my old email (that has been deactivated), but I'm getting an error that this email address has already been used.

Please Help!
