Email came up on profile page and I accidentally changed the year of my birth and now cannot access an account I've had for 15+ years because I now need parental consent.  I've worked with a group I thought was from Microsoft, but only outsourced and they worked for 6 hours and couldn't help me.  I just need someone with authorization to change my birth year on my "hotmail" account back, so I can access it again.  Need some help.  I've lost access to a lot of data, contacts...etc.
