I accidentally deleted Window Live Mail 2011 along with 4900 emails.  I've tried to re-download Window Live Mail with no success therefore I can't restore to a previous point in time.  It's imperative that I retrieve the emails.  As well I've tried resetting the entire environment to the last back-up on 19 July 2018 and I always end up getting an error message.  The first error message I received in system restore was 0x8007018b so I open the command prompt and ran the restart from there, when completed I received another error message 0x80070003.  If anyone can provide help please.
