the system now thinks I am a 1 year old, which despite being able to chat with support, enter a credit card and spend 2 hours online screwing with this, Outlook still thinks I am drinking milk from a bottle and learning to sleep on a cot.
so far, I have changed my age on a hotmail account (Which I have been using for over 10 years), to showing I am now born in 2012. it locked me out, saying I need a parent, which unfortunately I do not have any more
I have been wasting my time with live chat, who just gives me links to forums, I have paid 50 cents and set up a fake parent account.
I went back into my old email account finally, and went to change my age back to the correct year, and the geniuses at Microsoft have locked that feature, so I can not change my age.
why is this so difficult? How can MS not tell that I changed the age by accident this morning when I changed my password?
why is it so hard to contact someone that actually can fix this issue?
reviewing other posts, it seems others get just as frustrated over something that should take 20 seconds, but nooooo!
please help
