I changed my date of birth on my email account and now I get the notice that I need a parent's permission. There is no link asking me to verify my account with a credit card. I have faxed my driver's license twice along with the required information and haven't heard anything back.  Is there any hope that I will get my account back? I have very important business information in my account that I need to get to ASAP.  Thank you for your help!
