Having had no problems accessing my email before on my ipod touch, as two days ago it directs me to the "Welcome to Mail" page and asks me to add account details. I have forgotten my password for my live.co.uk account and despite several attempts to recover this and being told I would receive a link to an alternative address, I have received nothing. Any advice gratefully received as am beginning to lose the plot here. :-(
