Emails come in separately and exclusively to each address. I have always been able to switch from the 'jo' address to the 'bob' address by clicking on my name and selecting 'bob' from the drop down menu.  The drop down menu shows both addresses. Since this am the drop down menu does not show either address. My account does not show any aliases but does show *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  as  (I think ) a security check.  Please help. The 'bobniven' address is my work contacts address.
