Via  a Private message I was given a URL link to communicate with the ESCALATION TEAM 
and subsequently I have complied with three requests for further information

Now when I click on this link the support history/"view issue" page is absolutely blank. 
I have tried 4 times and its blank every time

The fact that I have been responding to the Escalation teams requests
shows that I have been successful on several occasions in establishing contact

..so why doesn't it work now ?
How do I progress my attempts to recover my blocked Hotmail account ?

This is like a Kafka novel  !!
