I have lost access to my microsoft account because i can't remember my password or the answer to the security question. I need to know my password is there a way microsoft can tell me or reset or something. i really need to access it. I've tried doing the form but i don't remember anything on the account it was just used as a parent email for xbox live it wasn't used at all
