I am not sure when MS had this issue when users mails and whole folders went missing. I have seen that I have the same problem. It is a massive issue for me because a lot of my online purchases, warranties, and accounts I have paid were in this folder. WHY MICROSOFT WHY????????????????? You have no idea how this kills me. And I paid an annual fee for the better Hotmail service - now I feel like I have been seriously ripped off.
