Hi,

For years I have been using my email but one day years ago, it was blocked. And now, after going on holiday and returning with the console, it no longer is allowing me into Xbox Live and displays "Sorry, something's wrong with your Microsoft account. Go to www.________.com for help. Code 8015D02E". I have tried logging into Outlook with it and it says they think someone is tampering with it and it is registered to send a validation code to an email I no longer remember the password for, seeing as this was about 4 years ago, or I can try and fill out the questionnaire. I can barely answer any of the questions because of how long it has been blocked for and there is no card assigned with it. Furthermore, I never checked its email because it was just an email for Xbox Live and didn't see a need to, therefore, I do not know any of the 'recent emails'.

I want to be able to change my email that goes with my Xbox Live account or be able to re-access the blocked email again. I usually like to play with some friends on games and go into 'Parties' with people but I no longer am able to do so. Moreover, I am going to be purchasing Grand Theft Auto 5 when it is released and would like to play on Grand Theft Auto Online and shall be a great disappointment if I cannot do so because the account is blocked. I also do not want my time well spent Gamerscore to go after spending years of achieving the amount I have.

So, please can someone tell me if it's possible to change emails because I really would like to do so ASAP!
