Hello. When i tried to sign into XBL on my X360 today, it was suddenly asking me for my email address and password to "check and update the security of your xbox profile." But when i sign in with the email that i am certain to be correct, it says that
there is something wrong with my account, and gives me the error code 8015D003, even though i have already changed my password and verified all the emails and aliases and everything on my account several times. If i try to sign in with the other email tied
to microsoft, using the same password, it then says that there is no account associated with that email address. My problems seem very similar to the others exhibiting symptoms of error codes 8015D003 and 8015D002; except that i can now successfully sign into
microsoft.com now that i have changed my password. My console is the only end having the problem. I have even checked, and the email account pertaining to the xbox live account is still active. Please help, I have tried everything! Thank you!
