Hi Guys,
We have a client that is having issue with his Outlook for Mac 2011. He is using conversation view and was grouped by subject. Now, all of his email that has no subject (including the replies on that message) were being held on a single thread. Any idea or suggestion how to avoid this? Because in this case even the unrelated emails were being combined together on just a single thread.
