I don't check old messages often - only when I need something - and as such not sure exactly when it happened, but suspect during the 'upgrade' to Outlook.

More than 10 years of email is missing on my account.  My inbox currently only goes back as far as 2010, and my sent emails as far as 2007.

Is there a backup somewhere?  What options do I have in terms of recovery?

I don't even know exactly how much is missing, as I can't remember when the account was created - at least 7 years though...
