Begging if December my email account said I'd entered an incorrect password, this later showed either my emails were hacked or I'd opened spam. For the past 6 weeks I've called spoken to numerous online chat advisors, filled out every form I've been sent more then once and still nothing! My case has been escalated many many times and my case number is 1227720673! 
Not having my emails is not an option for me, my whole life goes through these emails as I'm sure you can understand!
I don't understand how it can be so hard to change or recover my password!? I appreciate there are safety precautions etc but I've now been told I've filled out the recovery form wrong too many times as I don't know the email address or phone number it asks to send it to so I've had to fill out the form.

I can still view my emails from when the account was blocked through my app so I know what my last emails were! I have no idea how it can be wrong?

This is incredibly frustrating and to be honest thought so much higher of microsofts technology to be able to get me access!!

Please help......
