Dear Sir/Madam,
I received several emails that inform me that my Hotmail account will be terminated/closed.
why my name appears as: Outlook Account Team, can I change this? this only happened when I had to change my password last week.
Also, The following is a list of the emails that I got:

We have received your instructions to empty all your e-mail folders and terminate your e-mail account. Sometimes, this happens in error but we need to confirm from you weather you made this request hence this notice.
If you made this request to terminate your email account, please ignore this notice and we will terminate your account within 24hrs.
