365 Office Home for my MacBook Pro has unexpectedly quit numerous times.  At first it closed outlook and gave me an error message telling me to reload the software.  So, I went into my 365 account and downloaded the software again.  It didn't change anything, except now the error message doesn't have any suggestions just "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."  And they give me an option to report the problem.  All 365 Office products shut down shortly after opening.  This is the error description.  Any advise?
