I have checked other answers to this on the forum, and it seems you can help! 

My hotmail account is working fine in a browser and used to work with Live Mail.  Then it stopped working and I got Error 3204.  I was advised to uninstall it and then reinstall and this worked the first time.  After a while, it stopped working and I got the error message again.  When I reinstalled hotmail, this time it remained saying error 3204 so I cannot get anything in or out of the account.  I just have a heading saying with the account name but no emails.  Can you help please?
