My new "outlook" account has a problem.

I have to click on every message 3 times for it to open.

First I have to select it, then double click, then it will open.

I used to be able to open it straight away from a double click. And like all programs it should take a maximum of 2 clicks to open.

This is a fault that it takes 3 clicks. Please resolve or advise on how to resolve.
