Just set up the WLM 2011 for my new PC with Window 8.1

have the following 2 problem and asked for help.

1. When I simply clicked the "Reply all" and I found my email address have been included on the receiver list. It does not happened on my previous WLM with Window 7. How can I change the setting so my email address will not be included when I clicked "Reply all"?

2. Another problem when I clicked reply from the original mail, I found that the content "text" become very small on display ( even the size of the words being set at 12 pt). Be clarified that just the text have been shrink too small but not the toolbar. 

Any help and recommendation is highly appreciate!
