I am having trouble with my live mail. I click on in programs and my mail comes up. At the same time another window opens asking me to sign in although I can already read my mail, so I click 'cancel' in the window and carry on. Sometime the messages won't open or the screen goes 'hazy' and on logging off a notice comes up telling me that another program is running in the background and causing a problem so I force shutdown as instructed, but it happens all over again when I log on to windows. Please help if you can.
