1. why does camera automatically put a picture taken it my it on lock screen? how can that be stopped?

2. can another folder be put in "photos" library as well as photos be moved around different folders? 

3. can it be set up that it will only take from a specific folder for lock screen  picture ?

THERE IS NO PRODUCT CHOICE FOR "CAMERA" AND "PHOTOS" APP. IT IS NOT PHOTO GALLERY I CAN GO TO TO CHOOSE FOR LOCK SCREEN.   AS WELL THE TOPIC "PROGRAM PERFORMANCE" DOES NOT IMPLY TO MY QUESTIONS.
