i am having a problem getting into my email from windows live 2012.  when I login I get

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail  account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

I uninstall the live 2012

I delete my email account and reinstalled it and nothing

this only happens on one computer my laptop is good and so is my iphone
