problems sending email

since yesterday i've been having trouble sending emails. error message :

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: bury', Account: 'kevs imap', Server: 'customer-smtp.one.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 2525, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

an suggestions as to what I need to do and how I need to do it to rectify this problem

The problem was first noticed when using to mail via my phone then when I retried on the home pc the above message was displayed.

Hi I was away for 2 weeks on vacation. When I returned home I couldn't open an of my videos online, they would come up but not play. I had already suspected that someone was in my apartment due to things were missing, out of place and trash left behind. I don't know what I was doing but I pulled up a page with 3 email addresses on them. 2 I recognized right away but I cannot remember the 3rd one. It would be great if you could provide me with the knowledge of either how did I open that page, or get me the 3 emails. I need to confront these individuals. They broke into my apartment when I was away. Please assist me with this task. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. I am the owner and administrator of this system. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to help me. Again, greatly appreciated.

the mail app in windows 10 does not load all my emails. I can see all my emails on my phone but only about half of them appear in the app. I have one email account that none appear in. How do I get it to sync all my emails?

Windows Live Mail seems to have stopped working

I have used Windows Live Mail for many years, and have important emails stored in many folders. This app now seems to have stopped working - how can I retrieve the information in my folders if I am being forced - very much against my will - to use a different email app???
