Question about Outlook Express

My wife does a "reply all" to a group and some say they do not receive it. She is using Windows Live 7 and the other is using Microsoft Office. The host on the other end is Bluehost if that is meaningful.

I cannot receive or send any emails on my BTaccount since early this morning it says .

The operation was cancelled by the user.

Have you any idea what this means I contacted BT who told me to uninstall Livemail and reinstall it but I am wary of doing this as do not know how

to reinstall it will I lose it?

How can I make a video clip in a loop when its playing on a smart TV (there is no option to make it in a loop on any smart TV)
