Question about Outlook Express

How do I get to Movie Maker in Windows 10?

I am sending some email to my staff or clients since Friday and having bounced back.

I don't know what is happening as I never had problem with Hotmail or something.

I am sending from another domain to outlook, live and hotmail domains.

My host said it's a microsoft problem and I had to contact them.

There's not way I can contact Microsoft other than posting here.

How can I solve that?

I have Windows Live mail and I can't send or receive mail, my error code is       User name: srmarion1
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800ccc0f

  I have tried different ports and different servers and have not been able to connect .. this happened when I got a new modem from comcast and also when I updated to Winndows 10.. I went from Pop3 to IMaP and different port numbers but nothing is letting me connect I even downloaded windows essentials 2011 to2012 and it wont to a fix I guess it is not running updates or fixes anymore... I have talked to comcast and they said the ports on there side are working fine.. it's my set up.. so I am confused because I have set it up 5 different ways and errors keep coming up... the funny thing is my xfinity account (comcast) is receiving my mail, they are mirror imaged.. and Windows Live will not work .. not on my tablet either.. very strange things going on here.. can you help?

Hi, I worked on a project for hours. Movie maker planted and I restarted the program. Since, I can see that my videos are still there, but I cannot see them and read them (see picture). I don't understand what is happening and I already restarted the program and the pc many times. Please help me, I dont' want to lose all my job...
