After struggling for a few years to keep my WLM program working with the escalating obstacles Microsoft erects between WLM and Hotmail, I have pulled the plug and switched to Thunderbird.  It took me abiut a day to figure out how to synch my calendar and Contacts between Thunderbird and and my iPhone but once I have gotten it working it works fine and the program has many more features with no downside.  Extensions developed by the Mozilla Community provide add-ons to enable increased flexibility.  So long to the rigid toolbar formats of WLM and interfaces between WLM and Hotmail failing with every 'update'.
