Windows Live mail has stopped me sending pictures altogether on Windows 10.

This is very frustrating and emails with picture have been sticking in out box so had to delete before I can use emails program. Microsoft blocked us from using incredimail some time back and was advised to use windows live mail.

Microsoft must be blocking pictures????

Hope some one can help please.
