Good morning,

In our office we have a group of users who have Macs and have recently starting using Outlook 2011.

Our latest user was setup after all of the others as the secretary for another, and was given Editor status for the other's calendar.

Now all of the meeting requests sent to the second user are being forwarded to the newest user.

Any ideas as to why this might be occuring?

Thanks in advance!

Dear all,

My customer has a new mac book and I would like to transfer his existing OLM file from outlook 2011 software of the mac book to the new mac book.

Both office mac 2011 is running latest update 10.1.4.

The OLM file is about 60GB big. Some of the archive folders were imported from the .PST files from windows platform.

However when i tried to export out around 14gb, it came out an error message, crashed and closed the exporting.

error signature:

exception: exc_bad_access

******

Things I have done.

1. Latest office update on both machines

2. backup the database of the OLM

Repair / rebuild the database > try export again ---- failed

3. Copy the database to the new mac book, replace the identities  ----- Have the emails that was in the exchange, not those archived emails.

I would like to seek if there is any way that I can export this successfully to transfer to the new mac book.

Appreciate for any helpful advise and assistance.

I changed my Office 365 password o my Windows machines and now I cannot sign into my two iMacs.  It find the account, but when I enter either my old password or my new on, I get a message telling me that "Sign in failed because the password is incorrect or the sign-in name does not exist."  I have had only two passwords, and neither work on the Macs.  There is no message that tells me how to recover ar reset the password.  it basically just lets me know that I am screwed.
Hi there - first time here for me.  I have been using Outlook in Office for Mac for 3 years now, no problem.  Yesterday morning, my sent times stopped appearing in my sent times folder.  This is the first time it's happened.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Hello,

I am using an email blast third party online. They do not yet offer the ability to create .pdfs so what I do is send the email to myself, open it in Outlook, Print a pdf and then it is created. The problem is the .pdf has horrible breaks, some breaks go right through photos.

How do I work around this?

We need to link a pdf to the email blast going out.

I tried pasting it in Word, but it is still spinning. It is about 8 pages.

Thank you.

I've experienced this problem with several Outlook 2011 installs and haven't been able to find a solution short of a complete office uninstall and reinstall. Even then restoring use of the navigation pane doesn't happen.

Here's what's happening: When the navigation pane is active per View/Navigation Pane, the Outlook mail window locks and renders everything unclickable/unusable. No mail displays and the window appears locked/frozen. Menu items can be accessed. With the navigation pane unchecked in View/Navigation Pane, the mail window functions--of course without the navigation pane. This has happened with new installs after font import and on existing systems without any overt font install (or other install).

If I switch users, the navigation pane works, so it appears to be something related to the user account. In the case of the most recent occurrence, both tested user accounts have admin privileges.

I've run into this several times during system setup and now on an existing system. Anyone else experience this? And is there an easy solution?

Thanks.

hello

I need help with fonts in conversation threads

I seem to be getting the same font in recipients and senders how do I differentiate the levels in fonts

thank you

This is happening only in search results. It works fine when I'm in my regular inbox. For instance, in my Inbox, if I see an email from Sarah, I click on that, then click "From" on the bar at the top, and all the emails get sorted by the sender, but the results jump to the email I highlighted from Sarah. When I try to do the same thing in search results, though, the list jumps to the beginning, and I have to scroll down to see all the emails from Sarah.

I was having other search issues, too, but I was able to fix those by reindexing Spotlight and by installing the most recent update, made available April 1, 2014. This is the last of my three complaints — all things that changed in the last month or so — and I just have no idea how to fix it. Please help.

Is it possible to use the GTD add-in for Outlook on a Mac?  I am not running Parallels but purchase Outlook for Mac.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Dan

We have around 20 email accounts that all receive messages from 2 forwarding addresses set up on our Fasthosts server.

Is there any way that we can stop the out of office assistant from replying to emails sent to these address as when a client emails one of addresses they get out of office replies if one or more of our staff members out of office is on?

Any ideas?
