My outlook email file just started to search only 10/5 to date emails. It will not search my older email records. My computer guy tried indexing but is stumped. Any ideas out there that may be able to help?
This week I became aware that a contact has been receiving my emails but is unable to reply or send me any email. I am only aware of this one person but there may be more. I am receiving emails so not all my contacts are being blocked. Checked my blocked
list, my filter settings and my junk folder. Nowhere is there an indication that this friend should be blocked. Normally I receive emails from her every day...and did so through last week. What more can I do!? Apparently I am not alone in this issue.....

I am having problems adding an alias to my windows live account. I had two accounts but did not need the newest one as my original is my most used one. I then deleted this new one. The email for the account is something i still use on a regular basis
and so i wanted to add that as an alias to my windows live account. However it comes up with an error message that says "This email address is already taken. Please try another." I don't understand this as I have deleted
all record for that live account and no longer have any access to it. the only other place i have it listed is a security email. It would really be beneficial for me to have this email as a full alias though. How can i get it on there as it is my email and
not taken?
When I type an email in Outlook and use an apostrophe it shows an apostrophe in the typed message but the message that is sent and any replies shows " ' ". What is happening and what do I do to correct it. This is a recent development in the last

I have changed my credit card information on the commerce pages, however the system doesn't seem to picj that up. It keep trying to charge the old credit card. How can this be fixed? All attempts to do it online are in vain.
I can't remember any of the info for an old account apart from the email address. I need access to it but it won't let me and says i need to fill out a form that i have no hope of completing enough info to get a response. When I try to use the option to
send a password reminder to my current email all that shows up is this:

So there is no way of accessing this info as it can only be sent to whatever this shows.
Is there any way of changing it to send to my actual email address?
