SkyDrive not downloading files

Hi, 

    Today I was attempting to download a photo off of my SkyDrive account on Google Chrome on my Windows 8 PC. I was using the desktop version of Chrome and it would not attempt to download. It has always worked before today. But now when I click download it doesn't even try to download it. It will download the Internet Explorer. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Hacked Outlook E-mail Acct

Hello, my Outlook e-mail account was hacked. I changed my password but when I went into my account/inbox, who ever hacked it changed the language to Arabic (i think) now I am unable to change it back to English because I don't know what to click on in order to chnage it back to English. Can someone help me with this? Thank you!

Hotmail Account Hacked and Deleted

I have tried to recover my hotmail account that has been hacked and deleted here:


but I am getting the message: "The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist".

Sending an email to this account is being returned with message "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" so I know it has been deleted.

How can I recover this account?

Any help is appreciated.

Parental Sign In Issue on my account

 I have requested and have tried to sign in several times with new password, issue 
with parental access due to parent account frozen. This is not an under aged account. I 
have been granted ownership and still can't access or sign in without parent.

Please help !

    My assigned access case number sent to me by you. I have been granted 
access several times of ownership and when I sign in with new password the parental 
dialog always pop up and I can't access my emails. This is getting very frustrating. I 
have to access my email.

Please give me steps to sign in to get out of the vicious cycle.

Outlook blocks sending emails to valid addresses with possible “typos”

I cannot send emails to recipients with absolutely valid addresses - outlook warns about possible typos - but they aren't!  There seems to be no way to send the email anyway.  The valid recipients all exist - on a range of free and company emails, how can I get round this? 

iPhone 5 and app passwords not working

I have to keep getting an app password for my iPhone in order for my email to update..  Is this normal?  Like every few hours.  Otherwise I get the dreaded "password incorrect" message.       Is there a simpler way? 

Can one purchase space (e.g. Skydrive) to increase the tiny outlook.com 500 kb contact list quota?

Can one purchase space (e.g. Skydrive) to increase the tiny outlook.com 500 kb contact list quota? I have close to 3000 contacts elaborated with notes and keywords. I'm trying to migrate from my desktop set-up to outlook.com but the space constraints are making outlook.com cloud solution seem impractical. iCloud has the space but the interface doesn't work well with Outlook. What are we loyal Outlook users to do?

Retrieving Password

Hi All,

I'm having problem retrieving my password with the automated system.The email address where you send the recovery address is correct,but i don't receive any link.Plus,there was a secret question before i case of password loss...I can't see that option anymore,only the email recovery link.

Please let me know what i can do as i have looked on the FAQ and i cannot make it work.Thanks

Print too small

Sometimes when I open email, the print on that page is too small to read, I use to have a view, but it disappeared

Sending an email to a Contact Group

I'm running Windows Live mail 2012 Build 16.4 on Windows 7 Home Premium.

 

If I go into Contacts and then right click on a Group (or Category?) I get options to Edit, Delete and Create a Category (same as Group I guess?). I also see an option for sending an email (presumably to the Category or Group). However this option is always greyed out and cannot be selected.

 

Can anyone shed any light on why this option should be greyed out? or is this a programming bug and the facility is not available?
