can’t login from internet explorer

when trying to login to my hotmail account from internet explorer, I get an error message that says "The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again."  However, I can use Chrome and login to my account fine.   Any ideas?  I've tried resetting internet explorer to defaults and deleted temp. files and cookies.  I also am using the latest version of internet explorer.

Problems with email recipients responding to Outlook emails

I have a contact that I'm in frequent contact - she works for a TV station, and says responding to my Hotmail emails is difficult/slow - 

"Also, just fyi: your email is still doing that very strange thing-- it's really difficult to respond to you. Our IT people say you have some kind of flash thing on your email that's making responding to you very slow and hard to do..."

Anyone know what might be causing this? I don't have any type of flash embedded into the email signature besides a website link to my email address, and this happens with emails with or without attachments.

Is the Outlook ads that appear on the side of screen?

Manage Microsoft Accounts

I have two Microsoft accounts.  The first was set up for Microsoft Passport, which no longer exists.  This account will work if I try to sign into support services, but will not be accepted as an Outlook.com account.  The second account is an Outlook.com account.  The email address for the first account is the one I have used for many years, so I would like to use it as an alias in Outlook.com.  When I try to set it up that way, Outlook.com reports that it can't be used because it's signed on as an Office 365 account.  So I went to Office365 and tried to sign on using that account, but Office365 reports that the account doesn't exist.  How can I set up the first account as an alias on Outlook.com?  I want to use it in the "from" field on my Outlook emails.  Any help would be appreciated.

when I went to log on an email of mine ta********@live.com I received a message saying "It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you—and only you—get back into ta*******@live.com, we need to verify that it's yours. "

 

I went through the steps and I tried to receive the email reset code at ta********@yahoo.com and for some reason every time I tried to receive a code it would never send one to my email I had set for secondary. I am needing some help on this issue. I am not one to memorize all my emails I receive on my accounts when I got around 20 emails since I make different forums for people as well as do gaming on different sites. if a support is support is willing to help me on receiving my recovery code, that would be nice. from what I know of, the email has access to one of my forums as well as my Netflix account which is connected to my paypal account.

I am attempting to setup Outlook.com for my domain jennfryerwrites.com.  However, when I attempt to register at domains.live.com, I get the error message:

 

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language

 

Could you please assist in unblocking this domain from registration?

No access to e-mail account

My e-mail account was temporarily blocked.  I can now sign in to the account but have no access to e-mails just an account summary.  How do I get my e-mails back?

i have problem with upload my excel or word document.

This is my first time to use skydirve. I have downloaded skydrive desktop app, and there is a Skydrive file in my E drive. When I copy file into Skydrive file, it suppose to upload all file in the Skydirve file to Skydrive. However, it only upload picture, txt file and all other documents beside excel and word documents. It that skydrive only work that way or i did something wrong with setting or something else?

 

However, when i go to skydrive.com, i can upload excel and word documents.

So last few days every once in awhile, I will open an email, and the webpage  goes white, and reloads the email, I don't understand why this is

searching through past emails- difficult???

I can't seem to search through my past emails.  I will type in a keyword and only a few past emails come up.  When I know there should be tons more coming up??? Have even tried in the advanced search?
